Disclaimer
Last updated: October 2026
This disclaimer applies to the download links, user guides, and configuration references on V2Ray Release Hub. Before downloading a client, changing network settings, or using an example, review the scope and risks below.
1. Site Purpose and Scope
V2Ray Release Hub is a V2Ray resource site with user guides and download links for v2rayN, v2rayNG, and v2flyNG, along with configuration guidance for the Project V, V2Fly, and Xray ecosystems. Its pages help users choose a client, understand settings, and complete basic tasks. The site does not provide proxy nodes, subscription accounts, or network access.
Descriptions of client features do not guarantee suitability for any particular device, network, or use case. Software, its underlying core, and third-party services each have their own terms of use. Site guidance does not replace software licenses or extend the liability of other service providers.
2. Software and Configuration Risks
You are responsible for deciding whether to download, install, and run software, and for any risks arising from those actions. Changes to the system proxy, TUN, DNS, routing rules, or listening address may affect app connectivity, local network access, or system networking. Before enabling these features, check your device permissions and network environment, and keep the original settings so you can restore them.
Subscription URLs, credentials, and exported configurations may contain sensitive information; keep them secure. Do not publicly share unreviewed full configurations, QR codes, or logs. To the extent permitted by applicable law, losses caused by incorrect configuration, device failures, third-party service issues, or exposure of sensitive information are the responsibility of the relevant party. The site does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity or absolute data security.
3. Guide Versions and Accuracy
Guides reflect the versions available when they were written or last revised. Client and core updates may change menu names, default ports, permission prompts, configuration fields, and the order of steps. Device operating systems and distribution channels can also introduce differences. Settings shown on a page explain a particular scenario; they are not guaranteed to apply to every version.
We update content when we become aware of changes, but cannot guarantee that every detail reflects the latest updates. If the interface differs, a field is not recognized, or startup fails, stop following the steps blindly. Confirm the client and core type, then troubleshoot based on the actual messages. Use configuration snippets only after understanding their purpose; an example for one part of a setup is not a complete working configuration.
4. Downloads and External Links
Download links may route file requests through a download service. File availability and transfer depend on that service’s operational status. An accessible download link does not mean the software is suitable for your device; check your operating system, processor architecture, and package type before downloading.
Third-party services linked from this site, including any destinations reached through subsequent redirects, are responsible for their own content, availability, and handling of personal information. Listing a link does not endorse a third-party service, paid offering, or other claim. After leaving this site, review the destination’s terms. Stop if a page requests unexpected permissions or differs from what you expected.
5. Liability and Feedback
You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, device management requirements, and the rules of the network you use, and for your own use of the software. The site does not guarantee access and is not responsible for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure and network outages. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it.
For installation, subscription import, or proxy mode issues, start with Getting Started and follow the steps to identify what differs. For configuration field questions, see Configuration Fields. When reporting an issue, include only the client name, operating system, and steps to reproduce it; remove subscription URLs and credentials. Any revision to this disclaimer takes effect as published on this page. The date at the top indicates the month of the latest revision.
